Where the conversation usually begins
Companies rarely come to us with a question about AI. They come with a problem: enquiries remain unanswered for too long, documents circulate by email, data has to be copied between systems, or some information is too sensitive to leave the company.
Only then does it become clear that one issue touches several areas at once – process, software, integrations and sometimes hardware and compliance. That raises the question: who should lead the project?
I do not know where to begin
You know some work could be improved, but not which process to choose first or whether the investment will pay off.
The project spans several areas
The improvement requires a system change, integration with another tool and a decision about where data will be processed.
The data cannot leave the company
Contracts, documentation, customer data or regulated information require an environment designed around those constraints.
Choose an area – who delivers the project
Each GOTOMA Group company has its own AI offering. Choose the one that best matches your situation.
GOTOMA Software House
I want to improve sales, customer service or document workflows. AI assistants, process automation and integrations with the systems you already use.
AI solutions at GOTOMA.pl ›GOTOMA GENERAL
I need a secure AI environment, infrastructure or a transformation programme. Private AI, infrastructure for operational and confidential data, compliance and investment financing.
AI and infrastructure at GOTOMA GENERAL ›Codarius
I want to increase online-store sales. Shopping assistants, catalogue quality, product recommendations and in-store customer service.
AI and sales automation at Codarius ›My project covers several of these areas
You do not need to choose on your own. Describe the situation and we will define the scope and identify who should lead the project.
How we run an AI project
We do not begin by choosing a tool. We begin with the process, because only the process shows whether AI is the right answer and, if so, where it should be used.
1. Conversation
You describe the situation. We identify the problem and determine which Group companies are needed.
2. Analysis
We examine the process, data and systems. We identify the areas with the greatest potential and those where AI would add no value.
3. Pilot
A limited scope with evaluation criteria agreed in advance. The decision on next steps comes after the pilot, not before it.
4. Implementation and development
Production deployment, maintenance and expansion into further areas.
People remain responsible for decisions
This is a principle we design around, not a feature that can be switched off.
AI-based mechanisms operate with high, but not absolute, certainty. In every implementation we therefore define in advance what the system can do independently and what requires employee approval. This particularly applies to external communications and matters involving professional responsibility, including accounting, tax, legal and commercial decisions.
In practice, the solution must also leave an audit trail: it should be clear what an answer was based on and who approved it.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to know which AI solution I need?
No. The conversation begins with the process and the problem, not with a technology choice. The solution is selected as a result of the analysis, not as a prerequisite.
Will AI replace employees in these processes?
The solutions we implement are designed to support the team. They prepare, organise and suggest, while decisions that carry responsibility remain with people.
Does company data have to be sent to external AI tools?
Not always. Processing can take place in an environment controlled by the company. GOTOMA GENERAL explains the factors behind this choice under Private AI and local environments.
Does working with several Group companies mean several contracts and several conversations?
We divide the scope internally. The billing model and form of cooperation are agreed individually for each project.
Where should I begin if I only have a general sense that something could be improved?
Describe one process that takes the most time. That is enough for an initial conversation.
