What this conversation gives you
Companies usually arrive here at one of two points. They either have a problem described in the language of daily work but do not know which solution to seek, or they already have an idea and discover that it touches several things at once: systems, data, integrations and sometimes hardware and security requirements.
The “360°” refers to the breadth of the view, not to a promise. We look at the complete situation before anyone proposes a tool, because the choice of tool is an outcome of the conversation, not a prerequisite.
A defined scope
What belongs in the project and what should remain a separate subject for later. This is the first step in organising the later conversation about sequence and cost.
A sequence of steps
Where to begin so the first stage can be assessed before a decision is made about the whole. Sometimes this means analysing one process; sometimes it means a limited pilot.
The right delivery company
Which Group company leads and where the others become involved. If more than one is needed, we arrange the division ourselves.
When this is the right place to begin
The 360° Consultation is intended for matters that do not fit within a single offering or do not yet have a name.
The project spans several areas
An improvement in one place requires a system change, a connection to another tool and a decision about where data will be processed.
You do not yet know what to look for
You know that something takes too long or arrives too late, but not whether the answer is a new system, a process change, an integration or none of these.
The issue extends beyond one department
Several sites, several teams or a phased change where the sequence must be established before the first stage begins.
How it works
Four steps, the first of which requires only a description of your situation.
1. Enquiry
You complete the form. Tell us what you know today and we will fill in the gaps during the conversation.
2. Contact
We get in touch and ask about the factors that genuinely affect scope: scale, current systems and the nature of the data.
3. Scope discussion
We walk through the process concerned. We establish the first stage, what requires separate analysis and where dependencies exist between areas.
4. A proposed next step
We identify who should lead and what should happen first: process analysis, a limited pilot or a quotation for a defined scope. You decide after this conversation.
How this differs from an audit or direct contact with a Group company
This is not the only way to reach us.
Direct contact with a Group company
If you know what you need, you do not have to begin here. GOTOMA Software House delivers AI solutions, applications, automation and integrations. GOTOMA GENERAL delivers infrastructure, private environments, security, compliance and investment financing. Codarius handles online sales. Each company accepts enquiries directly.
AI audit and pilot (GOTOMA.pl)
This is work on a specific process: analysing data and systems, identifying the areas with the greatest potential and preparing a pilot scope. A consultation comes before such an audit and helps decide whether an audit is the right first step.
GOTOMA.pl ›Organisational AI readiness audit (GOTOMA GENERAL)
A broader review of what an organisation needs before AI enters its processes at all. This can also be the outcome of the consultation, but from a different starting point.
