GOTOMA Group

Cookie Policy

Last updated: 7 October 2026

This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies the GOTOMA Group website uses, why we use them and how you can change your choices.

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. Browser storage (localStorage and sessionStorage) works in a similar way, so this policy covers both.

Your consent

On your first visit we show a banner where you decide what you consent to. Until you decide, we only use technologies that are necessary for the website to work. We only start analytics and marketing tools if you consent to them.

In the banner you can accept all categories, reject everything except the necessary ones, or choose categories individually. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the website footer or here:

Change cookie settings

Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it was withdrawn. We remember your choice for 12 months and then ask again.

Measurement, marketing and ad personalisation

This category covers tools for measuring campaign effectiveness, remarketing and showing ads tailored to your interests. The website does not currently use such tools. We pass your choice in this category to Google through its consent mechanism (Google Consent Mode), and it will apply if such tools are added. We will update this policy at that point.

Transfers outside the European Economic Area

Google tools may also process data outside the EEA, including in the United States. Google LLC participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, under which the European Commission has recognised an adequate level of data protection. You can find more information in the Google Privacy Policy and in how Google uses cookies.

Browser settings

Regardless of the banner, you can delete and block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking all cookies may, however, prevent some features from working, e.g. sending the form.

Changes to this policy

We update this policy when the tools we use or the law change. The current version is always available on this page, with the date of the last change at the top.
